"A perfect stay! We had a wonderful time at GaujaUpe. Everything was perfect, from the warm welcom to the cozy cabin and wood fired sauna. Kitchen was fully equipped, bed was very comfortable and the wiew from terrace was simply stunning. I would definitely recommend GaujaUpe to anyone looking for a relaxing gateaway in nature."

"The location of the house was the best part of our vacation. It's quiet and situated in the center of the pine trees, which is ideal for relaxing. The location offers the possibility for various activities such as swimming in the sea or river, biking, SUP boarding, and walking. The owners are very hospitable and the house is nice, clean and has everything for the vocation."

"We really enjoyed being in forest. Even tho there are houses around, you still feel peace and quietness. Also we found out the the rivers flows into a lake, so if you have paddle board - take it! 🥰"

"Patika iekārtojums, viss ļoti tīrs un sakopts, ļoti piedomāts par bērniem, bezmaksas piedāvāja mums bērnu gultiņu un podiņu ko arī izmantojām, piedāvāja arī barošanas krēsliņu(no kā atteicāmies). Izmantojām arī pirtiņu, varējām pavisam privāti pavadīt laiku pirtiņā viss samērā drošs bērniem (atpūtāmies ar divgadnieku)Pēc saimnieka ieteikuma pēc pirtiņas arī devāmies gaujā(ūdens bija auksts).😄Vieta klusa un patīkama."
"Nedaudz prasījās kāda veida apgaismojums ja izlem no pirtiņas aizskriet uz gauju. Un apgaismojums no auto novietnes uz namiņiem. Kaut vai pavadošas gaismas, viss pārējais ļoti patika, izbaudījām."

"Everything was awesome! The host was kind and always responded quickly to our questions. The apartment was cozy and clean, so it truly felt like home. The location was also perfect, close to gyms, supermarkets, the university, and the bus station."

"A proper modern european apartment to spend one or few nights. Extremely well equipped and clean. Contactless key collection, washing machine and iron, hair dryer, etc. We even found some tea. Very nice indeed."

"Excellent location. Very well equipped. Nice, large bathroom. And we were greeted with champagne! In addition, the host is very responsive and quick to get in touch. Great place for up to 3 people! There were four of us and we stayed there for over a week, most nights just two or three of us slept there. The couple nights though, when all four of us slept in the accommodation, became very cramped, but the host warned us about it, although a few nights are not a big problem. In any case, I would not recommend to take this apartment longer for a night or two, if you are 4 people, and all of you plan to actually sleep there, and good night sleep is what you are seeking for - otherwise - one of the finest choices to explore Valmiera to the fullest! :)"

"I loved everything about this place, location is perfect, if you're traveling by train or autobus 10-15 mins walk maximum. You don't have to worry about groceries, small mini-mart is 3 mins walk away with everything you may need, If you arrive late and the mini mart is closed,you can always grab something to eat at Circle-K gas station open 24hrs. If your stay is short and you want to explore Valmiera, you may have to come again, because once you enter the apartment, you won't want to go outside. It's so nice and cozy and equipped with everything. On my stay I didn't go outside once. I highly recommend this place."
