"Nice warm room. Everything as described.Fast check in.Very helpful staff in the nearby cafe at the same building. Few people - was very quiet during evening and night - I didn't need to use earplugs. My room was with double doors, which reduces noise from the hall a lot."

"i booked the Room on behalf of my wife Ligita Solovjova as she had a doctor appointment in the town of Balvi, she arrived 1 day ahead of time and at the begining it was difficult communicating with the hotel due to the time difference as i am in the Dominican Republic and she is in Latvia about 7 to 9 hours from my time zone. After several e-mails back and forth the Hotel Balvi sent me an invoice and i forward it to [email protected] with my booking #5403913216 and pin code 7852 for booking.com to process it and debit my Visa debit card on their records. i believe the situation has been resolved ."

"Ļoti laba komunikācija, pie ēkas ir iespēja atstāt mašīnu, pirmajā stāvā ir kafejnīca, kas strādā pat līdz 22:00. Lai gan remonts nav svaigs, numuriņā ir viss nepieciešamais palikšanai, bija pat šampūns, ko godīgi sakot negaidīju."

"Everything was awesome! The host was kind and always responded quickly to our questions. The apartment was cozy and clean, so it truly felt like home. The location was also perfect, close to gyms, supermarkets, the university, and the bus station."

"A proper modern european apartment to spend one or few nights. Extremely well equipped and clean. Contactless key collection, washing machine and iron, hair dryer, etc. We even found some tea. Very nice indeed."

"Excellent location. Very well equipped. Nice, large bathroom. And we were greeted with champagne! In addition, the host is very responsive and quick to get in touch. Great place for up to 3 people! There were four of us and we stayed there for over a week, most nights just two or three of us slept there. The couple nights though, when all four of us slept in the accommodation, became very cramped, but the host warned us about it, although a few nights are not a big problem. In any case, I would not recommend to take this apartment longer for a night or two, if you are 4 people, and all of you plan to actually sleep there, and good night sleep is what you are seeking for - otherwise - one of the finest choices to explore Valmiera to the fullest! :)"

"I loved everything about this place, location is perfect, if you're traveling by train or autobus 10-15 mins walk maximum. You don't have to worry about groceries, small mini-mart is 3 mins walk away with everything you may need, If you arrive late and the mini mart is closed,you can always grab something to eat at Circle-K gas station open 24hrs. If your stay is short and you want to explore Valmiera, you may have to come again, because once you enter the apartment, you won't want to go outside. It's so nice and cozy and equipped with everything. On my stay I didn't go outside once. I highly recommend this place."
