"O quarto é individual, bastante limpo, com cama confortável, tendo lençol/cobertor e toalhas disponíveis. O banheiro estava sempre limpo e é dividido com mais um quarto. O prédio é residencial, com elevador e tem uma localização bem ok, com fácil locomoção (a pé ou de transporte), além de mercadinhos e restaurantes próximos."
