"A little gem of a hotel in a most beautiful location. The staff give an extremely warm reception, they are super friendly, very helpful and very knowledgeable about the area and what can be done…..if they didn’t know, they knew someone who does. For example, they arranged a night watching the turtles and a guide to walk some local waterfalls. The food was out of this world, fresh and local produce cooked by chefs who’ve been cooking their whole life."

"Breakfast was fine - just remember to inform the owner the day before if you require breakfast. Ingrid, the co-owner, is a lovely woman and a fine, traditional cook. You will never leave the table hungry! Whilst she can offer beer at an extra cost, we tended to buy our own along with wine to drink at dinner. Again, you will need to inform Ingrid on the day if you require dinner later. There is no choice; me and my wife are both omnivores with no allergies or intollerances, and always liked what she prepared! Our lodge was spacious with a generous deck overlooking the beautiful gardens, and the sea in the background."

A small fridge in our lodge would have been a great bonus - however, we were free to use Ingrid's fridge. The shower was also a little on the dribbly side!

"Great for family, location was great all shopping center close by, supermarket and Mall. It felt like home l."

The wifi service wasn't not getting it in the apartment have to go out side.

"The location was great with amazing views of the mountains, and located next to the river. The cabana was comfortable, warm, with everything we needed. The staff was super helpful."

We loved everything, it is rustic in a lovely way, fits with the environment you are in. Great value for the location.

Vi havde ikke vores egen bil med og ville rigtig gerne opleve en af deres aktiviteter der var markeret med “kør selv”. De ville dog desværre ikke hjælpe os med at finde en guide eller chauffør, der kunne gøre det muligt for os… Frokost og morgenmad er utrolig lav kvalitet.

"This lodge is exceptional. It is well maintained and immaculate as far as the grounds are concerned. There is a nearby waterhole frequented by a range of different animals. The seating area to watch the animals at the watering hole couldn't have been better placed. We didn't have much time in this lodge to fully appreciate all that it had to offer. There was a lively pool and extra treats like foot spas. Unfortunately we didn't get the opportunity to try these out."

The food was exceptional. Unfortunately vegetarians are not given a very imaginative alternative to either meat or fish. I loved the freshness of the ingredients but a more creative option for a non-meat/fish eater would have definitely improved this experience.

"Dejlig hytte med 2 badeværelser. Behagelige madrasser og rent og pænt alle vegne. Stor indhegnet terrasse så vores 2 hunde kunne gå ind og ud frit. Meget fin pris for at have hunde med. Virkelig smuk udsigt fra terrassen . Super skønt at man kan åbne begge store terassedøre helt op Hytten var udstyret med det man skal bruge."

Hvis vejret ikke er godt er hytten ikke helt stor nok til 5 mennesker. Vi var 2 og det var helt perfekt Vi kunne ikke få tv' programmerne frem. Det virkede ikke

"Swietnie miejsce, blisko plaży, czysty pokój, wygodne łóżka. Na pewno nie dla każdego. Mi zalezalo na dobrej cenie, ciszy i bliskosci plaży."

"excellent breakfast, efficient staff, nice location to visit Gent and other places. Good selection of restaurants nearby whereby the owner assisted in providing the available options. Linnen was good including the towels."

The showerhead is located halfway through the shower cubicle which meant that a lot of water came inside the bathroom while taken a shower. The ventilator didn't operate in the bathroom which meant that a small window was left open in the bathroom for ventilation. The drawback was ingress of mosquitoes into the room/bathroom. The lighting in the room could be enhanced, often we felt that the room was too dark.

"Amazing pool! Great staff always around to help if you need anything. You feel like you’re in the bush with a lovely view of Lion Rock from our treehouse balcony. Within walking distance to both rocks and some local restaurants just down the road. Breakfasts were good."

Possibly a bit overpriced for the very basic accomodation.

"This accommodation is surrounded by beautiful scenery and cafes with beautiful scenery. It’s much recommended for tourist who is looking for quiet and peaceful stay. There is warmer installed under the wooden flooring so it is very comfortable to sleep on during winter. Our stay became more interesting in the morning when the host enthusiastically prepared us a tableful of breakfast. She prepared costumes for the children and initiated to take photos for us within the house and at the beautiful yard."

I am very particular with cleanliness so I didn’t feel that the bedding and pillows were very fresh. The place is actually not difficult to find but we tried taking a bus from Yeonsinnae Station and we took more than an hour to look for the bus stop with the bus that took us up to Eunpyeong area.

"Det var et utrolig hyggeligt og favnende sted, hvor man kunne bo på næsten alle tænkelige måder. Både i clamping, gammel togvogn, autocamper, hotelværelser mv. Sød pige i receptionen, som også anbefalede et par steder at spise aftensmad tæt på. Virkelig dejlig mad på Susies/Oisters bar med live musik på en hverdagsaften med open mike - vildt hyggeligt. Også rigtig dejlig morgenmad med det hele."

"It is a unique carribean cottage, which is a little gem. It is a five minute walk to a lovely beach. We cooked in as the kitchen had everything one required. We had our meal out on the verandah next to the kitchen and watched the sunset. Sabina is a wonderful hostess. When we arrived she tried to book as into a restaurant but it was full so she took us to the local supermarket to ensure we would have a good meal. Keith was also really helpful and a great guy. We wished we had booked it for longer."

We liked it all.

"Staff woke us up early for the turtle hatching release on the beach outside our bungalow - a magical experience. Food was good and staff were friendly. Amazing location on the beach (even though getting here takes a while) Rooms were decent although our ceiling fan was really weak so it got very hot at night. Would definitely stay here again"

"Lodge was great with comfortable room, excellent buffet dining room facility and small swimming pool to cool off in between excursions. The highlights are the 2-3 times daily excursions which really make the high cost absolutely worth it. Our guide, Alfredo, was amazing, bi-lingual, sensitive to the local environment and even played the guitar over dinner and breakfast!"

Only downside really is the fact that there is only 1 included boat time to the lodge and back from Iquitos. We had to pay $180 extra for a personal boat because LatAm airlines brought our flight forward - not the lodge's fault, but something to look out for.

Would have been nice if pool had been heated - a bit cool in the late afternoon for a swim. Recognize this would differ seasonally.

"The location was excellent in every detail . Apart from the very cosy and interesting architecture , I appreciated the quality of the small things in the room , like sheets , furniture , and bathroom finishes, things that make your stay very pleasant. I also appreciated the perfect cleanliness and staff hospitality."

"Haiko is a wonderful person who welcomed us upon arrival at the lodge and provided us with excellent directions to the island's beaches and restaurants/bars. The property is strategically located for reaching both the stunning northern beaches and Arikok National Park. We appreciated the lush vegetation surrounding the lodges and the chirping birds that accompanied us during breakfast. Each lodge respects privacy and is equipped with all the amenities, making it a delightful stay."

"Det var centralt beliggende. Da uvejret (Hans) rasede fik de i første omgang hurtigt fixet vejende. Morgenmaden var fin, det er dog irriterende at skulle vente helt til kl. 8."

Personalet var ikke særligt imødekommende, der var plads til forbedringer. Det ville være rart hvis der var sedler på morgenmadsprodukterne, så man vidste hvad det var man spiste. Det ville være dejligt med en mikroovn i hytten.
