"Sengene var utrolige hårde og der manglede top madres. Rengørings personale gik meget op i at få drikkepenge ved at lave sjove figuer, istedet for at gøre ordentligt rent. Badeværelset manglede afkalkning, vandet havde svært ved at komme ud af hanen og glas ruder til kalket."

"Hard wooded chairs on the patio could do with some cushions to make them more comfortable,will mention it to them when we leave, as I saw other guest using their bed pillows as well . Apart from that nothing to complain about"

Staff at the bar were friendly, especially the person in charge ,(with 20 yrs of experience)was very friendly and attentive. ; the room service (restaurant) could have had sum Sri Lankan dishes."

"The hotel was beautifully located near the amazing beach of Bentota. The facilities were excellent, with two large pools, and plenty of sunbeds. Although I understand the hotel to be at its full capacity it did not feel that way! The gardens and lounging areas were spacious. The food was excellent, with many choices. All of the staff were friendly and kind, their smiles were presented effortlessly!"

"The garden and swimming pool are great. Though they don’t have sunbeds on the beach. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was great. As my first room was a disaster I got new room and that made a huge difference."

"It’s next to the railway and if you have given a room near it you sleep like a railway station. My first room was horrible despite of a sea view."

"Great food in the main restaurant, lots of choice and lots of care and attention for my food allergy. Thank you! The whole hotel was lovey, very relaxing and comfortable two pools plenty of sun loungers and very close to a perfect beach."

"The coffee was not up to the standard of a hotel of this quality. Water should be served with all meals. I reserved a superior room with sea view but the room I was given had a direct view on the pool and the sea was hidden by the trees. It would be better to describe these rooms as such rather than sell them as 'sea view'. The client then has the option of selecting another hotel."
