"En velholdt familiedrevet oase væk fra Mirissas turiststøj. Pæne store værelser med alle faciliteter, egen “hus-påfugl” i haven, virkelig god morgenmad med forskellige valg - og enormt sødt og serviceminded personale. Uanset hvad vi spurgte om, så gav de gode anbefalinger eller arrangerede. Min kærestes fødselsdag blev fejret med blomster og fin fødselsdagskage på hotellet - og deres anbefalinger til spa og restaurant var lige i øjet. Kan varmt anbefale stedet (hvis man ikke skal bruge pool)."

"Very warm welcome, extremely helpful hosts, clean room and a delicious breakfast. Sparkling pool and gorgeous Simba the lab! As recommended by host, only use the cut-through footpath in day. The host kindly arranged last minute airport transfer too!"

"The room was large and I had a lovely view overlooking the canal at the back where a kingfisher was a frequent visitor (along with other birds and wildlife). The breakfast was varied and delicious and the pool, though not big, was enough to cool off on a hot day."
"It's a bit of a walk into town - not a huge issue. That's what makes it a lovely quiet retreat from the touristy bustle of Mirissa. Not always enough space around the pool if you wanted to relax in between dips as all the loungers were occupied. Still that's what the beach is for!"

"It was a wonderful stay at the peacock villa - super quiet, very friendly staff, clean room and the location is just perfect. Garden and pool area is beautiful and everything you need is in walking distance. Beach was a quick tuk tuk ride away. We definitely recommend! :)"

"We had such a good, memorable time here. Taken very well care of by Manju (the owner), we enjoyed a very comfortable stay in the wild, off the beaten track, with beautiful nature all around us. The food was delicious and filling, vegetarian and vegan diets catered for completely. They lit us a fire one night and we enjoyed dinners by candlelight every night. The beds were super comfy and the large hut that we stayed in was very spacious - good for all bags and clothes. Manju organised our safari day and our trip to a local beach. He was ready to meet our every need and was very kind and friendly with our children too."

"Reasonably priced compared to alternatives in the area. Our half day (evening) Safari guided by Nikki was great and we noted that most other vehicles in block A didn’t have a guide and hence struggled to spot wildlife. Some food was very good - especially the curries at lunch. We loved the set up for the dinner by the bonfire. Rooms were cleaned thoroughly."
