The team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for, with every detail thoughtfully arranged. One of the absolute highlights was the Seafood BBQ dinner. The freshness, preparation, and flavour of every dish was simply superb. Mount Havana is a rare gem — peaceful, beautifully maintained, and run by people who genuinely care about your comfort. "We had a really lovely stay at NH Collection — it was absolutely worth the money. Everything from the rooms to the overall atmosphere felt well thought out and comfortable. One of the highlights for us was spending time at the rooftop — such a great vibe, especially in the evening. The live band was amazing and really elevated the whole experience. It made our stay feel extra special. Overall, we genuinely enjoyed our time and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!"

"The staff could not do enough to help. Had the instinct to rely on them for their choice of driver and jeep rental for the Yala safari day trip and it certainly paid off. Their recommendation for a driver was absolutely spot on. He was totally knowledgable and passionate about the wildlife. His 4x4 driving skills were excellent as it can get slippy and bumpy. Highly advise this hotel as it offers really good value over hotels slightly nearer to the reserve. It is only ten mins further out and you get a beautiful lake as a backdrop. Marcus Adams."
