"Lækkert poolområde og flotte solnedgange på stranden."

"Der var for få liggestole i forhold til antallet af gæster. Hotellets transport til lufthavnen var urimelig dyr. Hotellets morgenbuffet og aftenbuffet var også dyr. Vi spiste derfor ikke på hotellet men fandt gode og prisbillige restauranter i nærområdet."

"Vi blev hentet af en chauffør fra hotellet da vi ankom midt om natten. Har stod klar i lufthavnen og hjalp med køb af sim kort til vores telefoner i lufthavnen. Hotellet lå lige ud til stranden og havde en lækker pool. Vi havde deluxe dobbeltværelse med en extra seng. Selvom der på booking.com stod at der kunne være 4 på værelset, kunne der ikke være fire senge. Det var dog en meget stor kingsize seng, så vi sov en voksen og to børn i den (alder 13 og 10 år). I extrasengen sov den sidste voksne. Der var lækker morgenmadsbuffet med meget at vælge i mellem."

"Stedet passede godt til os som familie med små børn. Det var et fantastisk sted at starte vores rejse, og beliggenheden er super med strand lige foran, som vi også benyttede. Personalet er virkelig søde og hjælpsomme. Da vores mindste blev syg, sørgede de for en læge, som kom til vores værelse efter bare 15 min. Giver mine varmeste anbefalinger."

"Let's start with the positives, as we did have a lovely time at Jetwing Blue. The room (Sea View Suite) was awesome at almost 1800 sq ft, it would have made decent apartment! Difficult to fault the room - it has a massive balcony/terrace with a spa bath, and plenty of space to watch the wonderful sunsets. Food is very good, in general, but we eat out most of the evenings while we were there. Breakfast offers a huge variety and the quality was excellent - great snack from the pool bar too! Most important and most impressive feature of the hotel is it's employees. The staff are superb with beaming smiles and nothing is too much trouble. Our room was looked after by Jageth who was brilliant!"

"The masses of blinds in the room are a bit tiresome, at least 13 or 14 to open/close each day. It is often difficult locating a sunbed - anywhere near the pool is out of the question unless you get down there before 8am. On the hotel beach section, under the palm trees, you are continually pestered by hawkers -I've no idea why the hotel allow them on the premises. Poor offering in the mini bar! If you like a drink on holiday (who doesn't), remember that the Full Moon Festivals are 100% dry, and there is one day every month..... The above are minor criticisms, but the one the hotel really needs to take note of it this - Information!!!! On arrival, we were given no orientation, told where anything was, what restaurants we could dine in, meal time. Not told where any of the facilities were, or how to book (found the spa on the last day!!). No information in the room, no spa/restaurant menus - you are basically left to find out everything yourself which is not only unacceptable, but the hotel must lose so much revenue!"

"Great breakfast - something for absolutely everyone and it was kept very fresh. Lovely room with very comfortable bed and excellent air con. Bathroom a bit tired but had no effect on our stay. Fab pool and wonderful views"
