"My parents stayed at this hotel for one night and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment they arrived, they felt very welcomed and well taken care of. The staff were kind, professional, and always ready to help, which made their stay very comfortable and stress-free. The room was clean, cozy, and well prepared, and everything they needed was provided.The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety and fresh options. Overall, it was a great experience for them, and I am very happy they chose this hotel. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, good service, and a pleasant stay."

"They offered us a free upgrade of the room with a partial sea view. Thank you! The hotel is perfectly located in a lively neighbourhood with easy access to the other areas in the city. The car paking is covered which was a plus."

"I called the reception a number of times during my stay, stating that the cleanliness of the room was not up to standard (after it had been cleaned by the cleaner). Dirty dishes were left in the sink without being washed, clean towels were not left and at one stage we didn't even have toilet paper and had to call so the hotel could provide us with some. This was disappointing and I felt like the cleaners did the bare minimum in cleaning the room daily."
