"Stunning nature, beautiful and calm environment, the staff are very friendly and they go the extra mile to make their customer feel at home. Food is another story by itself; brilliant representation of the Lebanese food quality and quantity. Literally every ingredient is sourced locally with high standards. Rooms are very spacious and maintaining the classic style and design , beds are super super king size at least for us in UK that’s a massive size, very comfortable mattresses and pillows. Breakfast is wow! I didn’t expect anything close to this. Great variety but most importantly the excellent quality of diary products, olive oil, vegetables , eggs … love it"

"Loved everything about my stay and wished I had stayed longer ! The hotel is amazing : spacious rooms, comfortable sleep, the decor is warm and charming with stones and wood. A very relaxing vibe, with the sound and view of the river flowing on the property. The staff is very helpful and Elie has been very gracious in helping out taxis etc. I ate the best foul, hummus and omelette ! Thank you so much ! I’ll be back !"
