"The Hotel's front-desk staff were very helpful. They speak fluent English and will help with just about anything - from booking a private Taxi to any service you need in Beirut. My Hotel room was exactly as advertised in the pictures - very spacious and clean. The hotel also has a Gym which was useful."

"I didn't like 3 aspects - the Location, the frequent power outages and the flakey WiFi. Although the Hotel is very close to the Corniche, the surrounding area to the Hotel in Hamra is not very pleasant. There were many homeless people and it felt unsafe at night. There were also frequent power outages which is not technically the Hotels fault. Lastly, the Hotel's WiFi was not great."

"During my frequent trips to Lebanon / Beirut, I always stay at this hotel, after having tried most of the hotels in the area, which did not meet my needs. The location is excellent at the end of Hamra Street, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful with anything you ask for, the rooms are spacious, the furniture is new, and there is electricity 24/7."

Mr ayham, Mrs mona at reception, Mr mahmoud & Mohammed from domestic cleaning as well as the concierge Mr Abu Amjad whom all made me feel at home and a part of this wonderful family owned hotel. 24 hours of care,safety & assistance whenever needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be my go-to hotel when I visit next. Not to mention the wonderful location close to everything frim Hamra to Roucheh all within minutes of walking as well as its very reasonably priced. Honestly, it's one of the cleanest in the area."
