"Everything about it from the great location to comfortable rooms. My experience was seemless with check in thanks to the exceptional service I was provided. The staff are actually helpful and go above and beyond to make sure the stay is comfortable which is a plus."

"Muy buen servicio lo mejor . Recepción. Empata. Ayuda .carñosos . Me solucionaban todo los que yo necesitará. 24/7 pendiente de nosotros ... hasta la ropa me lavaron . Nos hacía. Elegir el desayuno. Comoos a la habitación. Nunca nos pusieron un horario para el desayuno. Creo que a sido la mejor esperanza que e tenido en el hotel nos acogieron como una familia . De verdad cuando quieran reservan no lo duden. Nosotros hablamos muy poco arabe casi nada de inglés así igual hacían lo imposible para entendernos ... de verdad yo le pondría un 1000 % .... volvería mil veces a este hotel"

"One of my best hotel stays. The romantic suite was perfect for me and my wife, and we really appreciated the complimentary in-room decoration — a thoughtful touch. For value for money, it’s hard to beat. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful, which really made our stay. The rooftop pool is one of the nicest I’ve seen, with a stunning sea view. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, especially the burgers. We’ll definitely be coming back."

Their housekeeping service was attentive. The room was spacious, clean and modern, with a fridge, kettle and complimentary coffee and water. The shower was hot and towels and linen were clean. The breakfast was included and had a good range of typical Lebanese hot and cold foods. The location was perfect, near Hamra, but just enough away to not have too much noise from the street."
