"The location was perfect. It was walking distance from the old souk of batroun and the beach."

"The facilities can be further improved. The bathroom needs some maintenance and ongoing checks ( for example, when the toilet is flushed, it would get stuck every time so you have to manually open the cover to stop the water.) The doors are not sound proof. The noise from neighboring rooms or people passing by the room or waiting for the elevator can be clearly heard. The staff were nice but not very experienced in providing helpful tips or recommendations for things to see or visit in batroun."
