"The room was available before the official check in time, which was amazing since I was almost falling asleep standing after long travel. Staff is very friendly and helpful."
"Unfortunately a dirty blanket from the previous user made it's way to the bathroom - my guess is that they rushed as I looked awful - but outside of that it was very nice, clean and comfortable."

"No elevator. If you have your heavy luggage, you have to lift them up and down the stairs on your own. Taxi couldn’t reach the place from the first time as there are the works on LRT."
"A small hotel in a very quiet place. There are a few small supermarkets in the area and restaurants. The breakfast was sufficient. So not a buffet or anything like that, but enough for a good start to the day. There was the option to do laundry, which is always good. It takes a bit of walking to see the sights, but luckily there is Yandex. So if you want to stay close to the center, this is not the place for you."

"A clean, quiet, small hotel, located some 15 minutes by taxi from the airport, from which you can also reach the central area around Bayterek tower by foot if you like walking, or the Silk Road shopping centre. There are also a couple of buses stopping in this area and small shops. A good place to stay for a few nights in Astana. We very much appreciated earlier check-in time as we arrived by an overnight flight."

"Приехал ночью, заселили очень быстро, девушка на ресепшн очень любезная, видно что ответственная. На завтрак была моя любимая манная каша, откуда они узнали про это, я не знаю, но я остался очень доволен, завтрак довольно плотный. Вместо кружки чая дают целый чайник, это радует. В номере была ванна, а я сто лет не принимал ванны, только душ или баня, было решено полежать в теплой воде, это был кайф. Отдельная тема это матрас на кровати, он мне понравился очень-очень, я специально сфоткал производителя чтобы в будущем иметь вохможность заказать такой же."
"Стены видимо тонкие, слышно было как в соседнем номере кто то смотрит порнхаб))) Обстановочка немного подуставшая. Вид из окна - удручающий."
