"The only thing I did not like and which unfortunately keeps me from giving 10/10 was the unexpected behavior of the staff. Do not get me wrong, since from the very beginning they were very nice and polite, but because I was arriving on a very late flight I checked in at 4 AM and I asked for a possibility of late check-out already before arriving. Understandably they told me that I should ask again for availability at the time of check-in and I did so. At that time the receptionist told me that there was availability and that I could stay until 2 PM for free an also later for a fee. I was more than happy with the complimentary 2 hours, so I chose that and went to the room for a nice sleep. At 12:15 PM the next morning a staff member repeatedly knocked the door and when I got up and opened she told me through Google translator to leave the room. I replied that I was told to keep it until 2 PM at check-in and she then wrote me that "the situation has changed and now they have a reservation". I had to pack my stuff and leave. I very well understand, that the business is meant to serve the paying customers, but at the same time I think that if there is an agreement with the customer to keep the room until a specific time, then it should not be abruptly changed with a 15 minutes notice. Their official check-in time is 3 PM, so they would have had one full hour to make my room anyways, even if I could have stayed until 2 PM as agreed. It was a little bit sad end to a great start."
