"Great reception personnel, very efficient room cleaning personnel (we stayed 5 nights without any negative surprises), great cleanliness, great breakfast (western+local), great location if you rented a car which is highly recommended, lovely pool and the personnel was kind with us (contrary to some other reviews apparently? Just adhere to their rules and it will be fine :) ), buffet and breakfast restaurant personnel were very kind and also attentive to allergies, fancy welcome box upon arriving for check-in with tasty goodies inside, great location for families and kids (to avoid if you don't want kids around). Keep it up!"

"Beautiful hotel will al comforts for kids and adults! Everything was clean and neat. The staff was very kind and helpful in all our requests. From the hotel you can reach all the attractions and the city in about 20 minutes by car. Beautiful and quite position in the nature!"

"Great breakfast with many options and fresh food. The kids room was very cute and my daugther loved it. The bathroom was huge. There was a nice italian restaurant in the building of the kids rooms, so it was good for us to eat there after a full day exploring the island. It did take away too eith discount to eat in the room."
"The pool area didn't have chairs or beds to sunbath, shades everywhere and not one single spot to lay down and sunbath. Everybody in the pool was fully dressed, but i think that this is something cultural, and ok, but using a hat (?) was mandatory... every bed around the pool had to be paid which i think is realy bad, because the only option if you don't want to pay is to eat or drink something from the coffe (and you can use a table and chairs) or place your things in an area far from the pool in some chair and anyway you could nor lay down. For me this was the major disasdvantage of this hotel because other way it is a very beatiful resort and the service was very good too."
