"Not the best value for money for us, quickly chosen based on others reviews as we needed somewhere pleasant close to Incheon airport for a 2 night lay over. This said we were at the end of our holiday in Thailand needing to re- route back to Uk. We didn’t opt for breakfast at almost £4 each nor use the. Cimer area, and the Wondebox was closed for maintenance, although we hadn’t booked for these, Instead we walked to the local Mega Coffee shop 5 mins away and in the evening ate at one of the bbq restaurants. We also used the courtesy shuttle to take an airport limousine from the airport into Seoul and climbed the old city wall for breathtaking views over the city."

"The Cimer spa is the best experience here I reckon (we checked in on a Monday). I felt so relaxed and calm after going there. I liked the range of activities at Paradise City. There is always something to do or somewhere to eat. The cleanliness and quality of services was fantastic. The rooms we got in the purple wing are spacious and the customer service was really good. The staff were very helpful. I noticed there were air purifiers (or room diffusers) throughout the venue which made us feel comfortable walking around since some of my friends are sensitive to smell (e.g. smoking, restrooms, food smells, bleach, etc)."

"I wish there were more signs or instructions on how to make the most of the facilities like shopping, tax refund, new restaurant openings, special events at the Chroma club, casino, spa or Wonderbox etc. We spent most of our time walking around which may have looked like we were lost but we were just exploring :P"

"Would like to enquire for the future. We were three people and when I booked , automatically gave me 2 rooms, and there were 2 double beds in one room. I have noticed families in the opposite room. Just wondered why I had to pay for 2 rooms if we could have shared but must admit my daughter Kelly Loved being alone in the luxurious room It is a really beautiful hotel. "Great location which is near the airport. Lots of nearby eateries and free ticket to Cimer Spa or Jjimjilbang, very modern and clean, which we spent almost 3-hours relaxing there. We have a view facing the airport and watched aircrafts landing and taking off."
