"Definitely the location, surrounded by a lot of restaurants, pubs. You can feel the energy of the area till late."

"The only cons is the loud noise from the outside during night, but it’s just a small price you have to pay if you want a central location."

"Staff were friendly and helpful and desk manned 24 hours. I was happy to see them everyday. Room was lovely and spacious, excellent air con and bed was super comfy. Super location just steps away from Cheonggyecheon stream. Jonggak station is 2 minutes walk away and 5 min walk at most to the limousine bus stop for airport in front of YMCA. Convenience store 1 minute walk away and an abundance of restaurants on the same street. Cute little supply of coffee, tea, water and toiletries were a lovely touch in the room too, and not only a hairdryer but hair straightener and hair gel too."

"Not complaining just general feedback as I was very happy with my stay. There was no wardrobe just 2 coat hangers and nowhere to hang your towel after shower to dry. Great to have a mini fridge but the temperature was not very cold."

"This is nicely situated hotel, 5 minutes walk from metro station and in an active neighborhood. The room was clean and first time in my life I've came across hotel that you should just tell at the reception that you want cleaning the room or towel change - yay, no more resource wasting or unnecessary work to be done by cleaning staff! The reception answered all questions (even lent us vacuum cleaner to vacuum clothes bag) and was very helpful. You can leave your stuff before/after check-in/out. There is microwave and free drinks at the reception. I would stay another time, as the value for money was really reasnoable. However I came across near 50% promotion (~80$/night)."

"The room would benefit from some small cabinet to unpack you luggage. There wasn't any hangers in the bathroom, so the towels had to be hung on top of the doors etc. Easy to fix. You should know that the hotel is situated in a very playful neighborhood. I had no problems sleeping, but plenty of Koreans are dining and drinking nearby. Some might find this disturbing."

"I loved location. We almost did not need transportation. You can take a walk to Myeondong or Insadong. A lot of bars and good food around."

"Séjour mitigé mais personnel agréable Le personnel a été aimable et disponible tout au long du séjour, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Cependant, le hall d'accueil manque de chaleur, ce qui ne donne pas la meilleure première impression. Nous avions réservé une chambre non-fumeur, mais malheureusement les draps sentaient la cigarette, ce qui était décevant. En revanche, nous avons eu une chambre en étage élevé, ce qui a permis de profiter d’un bon calme malgré la ville animée. Merci à l’équipe pour cette attention."

"観光にとても便利な場所です。繁華街にあるので夜はとても賑やかです。多くの飲食店に囲まれていて、コンビニは目の前です。コーヒーサーバーが自由に使えること、水ペットボトルの無料提供がとても有り難かったです。 スタッフは最低限のコミュニケーションですが、困りごとには親身に対応してくれました。感謝しています。"

"ベッドマットはあまり上質ではありません。人によっては眠りに影響があるかもしれません。 部屋は清潔でしたが、ロビーの一部は掃除がされていないところがありました。また、ホテル周辺の路上にはゴミが点在しているうえ、路上喫煙者が多かったです。"
