"The street of nights clubs is just behind the hotel and it's noisy till 5am. Better ask for a romm in the opposite side."

"The room is huge and spacious. Everything is clean, including the toilet. The bed is huge, too, and there is easy access to everything with the touch screen near the bed. Location is good for Muslim. There are so many halal Kebabs restaurant nearby. You are surrounded by them."

"1. There are no toiletries, such as toothbrushes and toothpaste. Take note. I'm not sure if they will provide them if you ask, but I just bought some at a nearby shop. 2. My room heater is not strong. Despite having the temperature off (level 9), it is still very cold in my room, while my family's room (level 7) is too warm despite having the temperature on. 3. The Wi-Fi is not as strong as advertised. It keeps disconnecting. I am disappointed."

"It was a wonderful hotel. The room was big and very convenient, clean, a very good bathroom, towels, all the facilities we needed. Right near the Metro station, everyone where very nice and friendly."

"Location is the best you could get. Just in the middle of Itaewon. Room was spatious and clean, with comfortable beds. And it included parking!"

"Despite the fact that my stay was in November, the weather was very kind and the temperature sometimes reached 20 degrees. For this reason, the room was very warm, and the air conditioning in the autumn season unfortunately no longer works. You had to keep the window open all the time, and at night Itaewon lives very intensely and is noisy (and very good, because that's the charm of this district). However, it would be nice to be able to turn on the air conditioning."

"Great check in & out time for family travellers but cleaning can take a little longer for suites - we ended up checking-in around 2:30pm"

"The location is great - close to public transport and lots of restaurants around. The rooms are very comfortable."

"The hotel provides earplugs which I found unusual. Then at night I realised the earplugs are provided because the nearby bars and restaurants have very loud music we can hear from the rooms (up at level 8) until 5am or even 7am on Saturdays. It didnt bother our children who slept well but for a light sleeper, it can be annoying."
