The proximity to hongjik university station made it easy to access the airport train. The heated floors were great for the cold months when we came. They also let us store our bags after we checked out until 20:00 which was really convenient for us"

"The double bed was a little small, but still manageable. The main issue was that we couldn’t control the central heating from our room - it reached 28°C during the night, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably."

"The walls must be really thin, or I just had a very loud neighbour because whoever was staying next to me would talk very loudly. Luckily I had earplugs but if walls are thin I would advise the staff to put up a sign in rooms telling people to keep noise levels down, especially at night."

"Clean and comfortable room and bathroom. The sound proofing was great, I stayed three nights and didn't hear people in the rooms either side at all. Convenience store near by. I was there in a heatwave, it was very hot. The first two nights, the aircon didn't do the job well, the room was 28 degrees but then I spoke to a staff member who came up to my room and we realised the air humidifier setting had auto turned on, once we turned it off, the aircon worked well. Staff spoke basically zero english however we communicated via google translate. The lady who I communicated with was lovely."
