Baymond Hotel

"They upgraded me to a better room as my travel companion couldn’t join due to the flight disruption in Middle East. Room was incredible and staff very nice even if speaking minimum English."

"Not great facilities and main hall is nothing special, plus no restrooms besides what you have in your room."

"Fantastic rooftop pool, overlooking stunning Haeundae Beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for money."

"Rooms were a little small and dated."

"Our family of four, my husband and I and two kids (14 and 7) loved this hotel with its warm rooftop pool, spa and sauna. You can also get food and drinks by the pool which was also a highlight. Was a good break after a lot of travelling around South Korea."

"Excellent position of hotel, room was very good for views, comfy, clean and the hotel staff were very helpful. The pool was fantastic"

"Lack of water in room, air con wasn’t cold enough (uk people), rules weren’t clear about breakfast"

"In general, nice staff, great swimming pool, clean, considering is 3* is way above. Free access to the swimming pool, you will be given pool towels, close to the beach and walking distance to the restaurants"

"*Nice swimming pool *Very clean, *Nice rooms considering official rating is 3 stars only *Very comfortable beds *Good location (although all taxi drivers had problems finding at first), *very close to the beach, *Walking distance to the restaurants * would recommend and come back again"

"* The breakfast menu could have grater selection, * could have at least 2 washing machines and 2 tumble dryers *Larger wardrobe as for 2 people not possible to fit clothes at all."

"Our room was excellent, with a large comfortable bed, luxurious bathroom with two washbasins, and even a small ocean view. Haeundae Beach was a block away, as were at least four convenience stores."

"The hotel’s street was a bit grotty, with cars sometimes blocking the entrance and massage parlour leaflets on the ground. And you had to put toilet paper in a bin rather than flush it away. Our toilet blocked once, though staff were quick to fix it."
