"Excellent location just 5 minutes from the beach. The hotel is new, modern, and spotlessly clean. The owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the service truly exceeded our expectations. It felt like a home away from home. There's also a cozy coffee bar downstairs, which made everything even more convenient. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay — we’ll definitely be coming back!"

"The rooms were clean, the staff was nice and the cafe had really nice drinks. I especially loved the coffee! The guy working there helped us a lot; he carried our bags for us, helped us with any stuff we needed for our room, and helped is book a ferry to Koh Rong. The hotel looked super new and nice, I would recommend it to anyone!"

"Очень чистая комната, продлевала еще две недели у них через ресепшен. Побыла в другом отеле один день и снова к ним вернулась. Цена качество. Доброжелательный и улыбчивый персонал. Всегда дадут побольше воды, уборку делают по запросу. Всегда все чисто. Нет никаких насекомых в комнате. Единственный недостаток, что нет окна. Терялась во времени и высыпалась. Самый приятный бонус, у них ранее заселение"

"After some correspondence nitial difficulty in getting the correct location/address, things worked out and checking was easy enough. The location was great only a short walk to Aeon mall, short ride to the night markets and river aide. Walking distance to awesome Bassac Lane. The owner Lily is absolutely lovely and happy to assist with what you need to be comfortable. Only downside was the mattress albeit comfortable was uneven and felt lumpy, but comfortable enough I could still get a good night's sleep. All in all I would recommend Lily's House to any travellers going to Phnom Penh."
