"Scarlet Sails resort is located at a beautiful beach side of Koh Rong island, it has the real island vibe of Cambodia. Beach walk with a few resturants & bars. Manager was very helpful, we wanted to stay one night longer than orignally booked and the hotel‘s double accommodations (for 4 people) were fully booked but he managed to organize a smaller room with extra beds for us."

"Loved the location and cleanliness of their part of the beach. Liked the hammocks and loungers. The relaxed feel of the resort. The breakfast and dinning areas were comfortable. The staff were always tentative and welcoming and the reception staff helped with any requests."
"Sadly our room did not meet our expectations. There was no safe in the room so we asked the reception to look after our passports. There were no chairs, no hairdryer and only one bedside table. I did not appreciate putting my things on the floor so requested a chair. There was nowhere to hang your towels after a shower! Not even towel hook! These are simple basic things that are needed to make your room comfortable. Although the resort held many functions whilst we were there we were never really happy with the food - it lacked consistency in taste and quality."
