"The apartment was perfect for our family of four (children aged 5 and 9). Clean and spotless, everything we needed, and excellent location with a beautiful view and within walking or tuk tuk distance for most things. The host is wonderful and the breakfast (not included) is amazing. Will definitely stay here next time we’re in Phnom Penh and will recommend to friends and family!"

"Great location right on the riverfront. Beautiful two bedroom apartment, very luxurious. The sunroom overlooking the riverfront is a great place to relax. The fresh fruit on arrival was delicious. It’s nice having a washing machine. Really nice bathroom, super comfortable bed beds, great lighting, and lounge area. Located not far from the Royal Palace and many restaurants in the surrounding neighborhood. Very fast internet and entertainment system great too."

"THIS DOES NOT EFFECT THE OVERALL EXCELLENT IMPRESSION: BUT: the smell from the shower drain is VEERy bad and penetrates the whole apartment if bathroom door is left ope.; We improvised by running the exhaust fan 24 hours,buying urinal tablets and covering the drain whole with toilet paper. Could easily be fixed with a cover when not in use."
"It is a huge two bedroom apartment, it's like living in someone's home. Books to read, fruit bowl, super verandah overlooking the river. Furniture way nicer than any hotel. Located near lots of restaurants and shops. Right on the river, you can go out and walk the promenade. You can also people watch from the verandah. Washing machine new and super convenient. Beds very comfy. If you want a nice place in a central location this is a good one."
