NagaWorld Hotel & Entertainment Complex

"The NagaWorld Hotel was quite the experience. Some of the best features included: (1) The Breakfast- there was the biggest selection of buffet food, ranging from savoury to sweet, all fresh and diverse. (2) The Outdoor Pool - so clean and surrounded by deck chairs and seating areas. (3) The underground duty free shopping - a big selection of luxury items and top brands. (4) The Location - not far from the waterfront esplanade and city centre. (5) The flowers on display - always a beautiful arrangement in the foyer."

"We didn't like the following features at the NagaWorld Hotel: (1) Smoke smell throughout - despite no smoking signs in the elevator foyer, there were often cigarette butts discarded around and the hallways stunk of smoke. Even though we asked for a non-smoking room, the air-con was internally sourced and so our room also smelt. We were also unable to open the window so our room felt claustrophobic. (2) Lack of direction - we didn't realise there were two towers and so arrived at the main casino, only to be told we had to walk underground to the hotel. The pool was located at the main building, so this meant walking 10 minutes each time we wanted to use it. (3) The light in the wardrobe - we were unable to turn the light off so it shone through the doors, making it difficult to sleep."
