"Vi blev taget godt imod allerede ved ankomst til busterminalen af deres personlige driver. Da vi ankom til hotellet blev vi mødt af de sødeste søstre som fortæller at de har opgraderet vores værelse uden ekstra gebyr. De sørger for forfriskninger, desserter og lokale snacks til os uden omkostninger blot god service. Derudover lavede de en fuldført morgenmad hvor der blev taget hensyn til allergier. Alt i alt en virkelig god oplevelse hos en rigtig rød og hjælpsom familie."

"Familien som havde stedet var flinke. Det tilbød os frugt, kage og desserter flere gange om dagen. Værelser var rent og sengen dejlig blød. Der var generelt mega god service på hotellet. Kæmpe anbefaling hvis du besøger Battambang."

"It is the people that make this place and they make it fantastic! This family run hotel is so hospitable from the second you make your reservation and they go out of their way to make everything about your stay special - thank you to Nona and Moon, the front line sister team that run the Muni. The room was spacious, spotless and very comfortable The pool was a pleasant end to the day with drinks and snacks available. The free bikes were a great way to get around town. The tuk tuk pickup service from the bus stop was a great touch Arrangements with Mr Khem Ry (WhatsApp +855 1741 3223) for an incredible, day long tour of the area in and around Battambang was really appreciated."

"10 is literally not enough! The staff / family really went the extra extra mile. So incredibly friendly. We stayed until the night of our checkout date, they let us use all facilities, offered to take us to the night bus station by tuk tuk. From welcoming every single guest by name to offering little homemade sweets during the day. We did not book a day tour with them as we had that sorted out prior to arrival, but I believe they offer that on a decent price as well. Highly recommend staying with them and definitely would again when visiting Battambang! Thank you for this wonderful experience"

"We had the nicest stay at Muni Residence! The women are wonderful and generously welcomed us into their home. The room was spacious, clean and air conditioned with a super comfortable bed and refreshments if we needed. The location was perfect for us and is very central to the town and river area! There is a badminton court down the street where we played badminton for a few dollars with equally amazing women running the show! Thank you Muni and Team, you have been amazing! We hope to be back soon!"

"The property was in a central location and very clean, the family that worked their go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome. After our day of activities we returned to the hotel and they had made us fruit platter with cold tea (free) and when checking out gave us fruit and treats to take away with us! They are very lovely and always checked in to ask about our day! They also helped us with a tuk tuk tour and our guide showed us all the plants they use for their food and took us to see places we had no clue was there - very informative and friendly tuktuk guide. We also went on the bamboo train and got our picture taken and she printed off the photo and gave to us as a surprise for leaving which was so nice!"

"Lovely, friendly, welcoming family run hotel. Rooms were new, clean and comfortable with great AC. We had great nights sleep. The staff were so warm and attentive in helping us arrange our 2 day stay . The pool area was well maintained. Lots of extra details, fruit on arrival, free cycle hire, staff being so helpful in helping us arrange our 2 day stay. Don’t miss this haven if you stay in Battambang."
