"I got an upgraded room. This was a three level building apart from the multi storey hotel. The complex had its own 25m swimming pool, a small riverside beach area. The room was luxurious. Staff were always smiling and were forever helpful."

"A brand-new hotel that is five star in every respect. Great location, staff, facilities, and price (we got an upgrade to a suite). The staff, especially Mong, is very helpful and incredibly polite, immediately delivering some missing items. We liked the large pool and kayaking on the magical river. Kampot, in general, is a great destination, and this hotel is just far enough from the center to be totally tranquil but convenient."

"It was a bit weird to be almost the only guests in a 120-room hotel, but better than having noisy people around. The design is a bit exaggerated, more suited for a place like Dubai than a small Cambodian river town (kind of destroys the view for others). And, as usual in SE Asia, the road leading to the hotel is full of garbage (but the river is mostly clean)."

"Receptionist is very helpful and friendly. hotel room is clean and modern with free minibar and chocolate platter. Environment is excellent, hotel was built in between mountain and river with very wonderful view! Buffet breakfast is served with western and Cambodian food, tastes are good as well."

"Room is equipped with centralized Ac which is good enough but still wish can be improved as the actual temp can not go as low as split unit. Toilet has no AC, a bit hot, if can share AC with room would be great. Lower down room rate would attract more guests!"

"struttura abbastanza moderna, ma (probabilmente a causa del poco turismo legato ai problemi attuali al confine tra Thailandia e Cambogia) al momento abbastanza "deserta". Posizione un po' decentrata rispetto al centro (raggiungibile in pochi minuti di tuktuk), ma in una zona molto bella vicino al fiume e tranquilla. il personale parla pochissimo inglese, ma cmq molto gentile (ci hanno aiutato ad organizzarci per trasferimento e attraversamento confine via terra verso il Vietnam)"
