"Breakfasts were freshly cooked and different every day. The location is great: the beach is just a short walk away. We stayed at the end of the season, so it was quiet and peaceful. There’s also a lovely path along the seafront, perfect for a walk or a morning run. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, and the cats on the property made our stay even more enjoyable. 🐾"

"The soundproofing could be better. You can sometimes hear voices from the next room, and not all guests respect the quiet hours, but it wasn’t a big problem."

"It was close to the lake and very quiet. The room was nice and bright with good facilities. Food was as reasonably priced and good. Staff were helpful. Nice walk along the beach to Bosteri, had a beer there at the hotel next to the water."

"The hotel is located in front of the Issykul Lake. Room and restaurant are well designed and looks newly built. Food is great"

"There is a toll gate before you reach the hotel, you have to pay 50 som however the road going there is not in the best shape and rather confusing. They could do trim the bushes and provide a signage in the road for where the parking and reception area. Thankfully there’s some kid who helped us to find where is the reception area is. AC is necessary especially on summer Service can be improved-limescale in the bathroom and there’s a language barrier in the restaurant."

"In general, Issyk-Kul is awesome and Kyrgyz are the friendliest people in the world, and it adds points everywhere. Silence is very hospitable place, and after just two days it felt like we are guesting at our relatives country house - everyone is friendly and SINCERE (not like "we well smile at you 24/7 as long as you give us money" like in tourist countries. Food was great, as well as terrace on a second floor of a restaraunt. It was pleasantly not-too-hot, rooms were clean and cozy, and 50m to the shore is another great point. Also when we needed to depart early, hotel compensated the difference. And assisted with finding taxi/tours around. And, once again, personell is super friendly, sincere and caring."

"There are a few downsides that do not spoil the general impression but still need to be mentioned. - there is little sound isolation in rooms. we got unlucky with neigbours and one morning woke up in 7 AM to politics discussion through the wall. we briefly mentioned that and manager got us compliments and lots of sincere apologies, but I doubt much can be dont to the building itself. - there were no everyday room service - maybe just because we were just for a three days. - no table in room except the night tables next to the bed. And if you are choosing the rooms, please note that regular rooms are better than deluxe - they have a view to the lake which is better (manager told us booking.com itself doesnt allow to rename the room types, sadly). But all this is just a payout to perfectionism."

"Located straight on the shore of the lake. Silent place, away from main road. Rooms are very comfy with balcony and private bathroom. We felt like at home from the start when we spoke to Zinat, the owner and incredible person. Great work and I recommend to stay if you ever come to Czołponata"

But this did not in any way affect the impression of the stay) The hotel is located on the territory of a Soviet boarding house - you can feel part of the flavor of those times. Standard menu in a cafe, without any special drawbacks."

"There could be some visible signs guiding the guests from main road right to the hotel (2-3). Especially for people (foreigners) not knowing local place(s) & habits this could be super helpful :) For me personally also the mattress with little too soft, I prefer harder for my back, but this is a pure matter of personal preferences..."
