"The property is at a perfect location, hardly 5 minutes by car from main market. Turat and his entire family are really hospitable, not once did we feel like strangers with them and they absolutely know how to host their guests. Turat personally ensures everything is being taken care of and even his mother and children are equally lovely people. The best part about property would be the rooms and the green house inside the property. They even offered me fresh roses, berries and cherry tomatoes for my girlfriend. Turat personally helped us plan the 4 days and even took us to some really nice places and was always available for everything. Overall everything went really well and exceptional love and service from Turat and his family would love to visit again. Originally We had booked just two days of stay but seeing everything we extended two more days and stayed there for a total of 4 days. Love from Diwanshu & Kristiana All the best 🥂"

"Spacious family room for 4 with kitchen and fridge. Nice fresh linen, towels and comfortable beds. Free shampoo and shower gel. Quiet area as 4km from town. If you have children there is a lot of space to run around as well as some swings and a ping pong table in the lounge/breakfast room. Parking in front of the door. We were able to leave part of our luggage whilst hiking."

"Be aware that if don’t have a car you need to take a Yandex every time you want to go to the center. There is no dinner available. Breakfast is 500 Som pp and was, apart from some cherry tomatoes and a bit of cucumber from the host’s green house, quite disappointing and the worst breakfast we had in 3weeks travelling through Kyrgyzstan. Staff was not very welcoming - as soon as we arrived we were shown the price for the room and asked to pay. When we asked for help with transport into the Karakol valley they weren’t helpful at all."

"The location is good not too far of the city (3min by car), the House is new, everything is perfection. They have a big garden with lot of Flowers. Running by a family that will do everything for you if you ask !:)"

"Karakol visto desde las alturas. Esto es lo que vas a comprovar una vez te despiertes en Flower House. La habitación tenía unas dimensiones muy holgadas para 2 personas. Y si llegas en coche puedes aparcar en el interior del recinto una vez te habrà recibido el propietario con su sonrisa y buen hacer."

"The property is spacious, cleab and includes everything needed (including filtered water supply!), the hosts were very kind and responsive, the breakfast is nice, the location is great, quiet and with nice green and mountain views all around. We (2 people) kept making reservations here (3 in total) after every adventure around Karakol. We got lucky to get to know the hosting family’s kids during their family gathering in the property, did some cartwheels downstairs, played football outside, showed them some card tricks and had quite a lot of laughs 😁 A totally recommended stay!"
