"The location was perfect right in the heart of the old city centre (wasat-albalad), nothing compares to it anywhere in the world, brimming with life and activity. The hotel staff were brilliant and accommodated our requests. The room was clean, spacious and our room came with a clean private toilet and shower, sofa, TV, heating via remote...and a lovely sitting area outside. The reception desk is manned at all times so if you need any special requests there's someone on hand to help. The clientele are also not the rowdy type and the hotel is peaceful and quiet. (Also, I forgot to hand in the key to room (503) LOL I'll hand it back when I stay in the hotel next time, Insha'Allah.)"

"The bathroom was spacious; however, there was no curtain on the bathtub, so water splashed everywhere while showering. The toilet seat was also broken. Additionally, the elevator was not working, which may be inconvenient—especially for guests who have difficulty using the stairs. For transportation, I used both Uber and Booking.com taxi services; Uber was slightly more affordable than Booking.com."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location couldn’t be better — it’s right in the middle of the downtown shopping area, surrounded by vibrant markets, cafés, and everything you need just steps away. The Roman Theatre is only a 10-minute walk, making sightseeing super convenient. There’s also an incredible breakfast spot, Hashem Restaurant, just a 5-minute walk from the hotel — perfect for anyone wanting to enjoy authentic local food. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered a great view. At night, you can look out the window and see the lively streets filled with people shopping and enjoying the city — such a beautiful atmosphere. Most importantly, the hotel staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They made the stay even better with their great service and warm attitude. Overall, this hotel offers the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and culture. I’d definitely stay here again!"
