"A very nice hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were very kind and helpful, especially Taqwa and Mohamed at the reception, who were always friendly and ready to assist. Breakfast is served on the 8th floor with a nice view, but unfortunately the variety was quite limited. We initially wanted to extend our stay, but there was almost no flexibility regarding the price. In the end, we found another hotel nearby for almost half the price with similar conditions and a better breakfast. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay thanks to the helpful staff."

"The hotel was still in its soft opening period, but the staff were extremely kind and did their best to help us. They arranged an early breakfast for us and facilitated a laundry service when needed. The quality of the bed was also really good."

"This is a very nice and comfortable hotel that provides luxurious accommodations and top-tier service in downtown Aqaba. The staff is super professional and hospitable, making us feel welcome from the moment we set foot in the lobby. We loved our extremely comfortable, clean, bright, and cozy room with incredibly soft blankets and beds. The breakfast was amazing, served in a room on the top floor overlooking the Aqaba Bay and the town. The hotel is located within walking distance of many great restaurants and shops. Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night, but we would love to come back and enjoy Aroma Hotel’s fantastic services for longer. As a bonus - strong and stable wi-fi signal :)"

"Friendly staff and cozy vibe. Te residential is quite and the room is comfortable."

"One of the kitchen staff kept asking for our room number after two days as we are illegal in the hotel 😅 The breakfast is kind of routine in the limited selection for the main for a long stay it is preferred to try local breakfast for a change."

"Many thanks for Miss.Taqwa for her kindness and hospitality.😊"

Our room had a beautiful sea-view balcony, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The view from the breakfast area was also stunning and a perfect way to start the day. Breakfast time felt calm and relaxing thanks to both the scenery and the pleasant atmosphere. The reception staff were extremely kind, helpful, and always smiling. Their professionalism and warm attitude truly made a difference.I would like to sincerely thank all the hotel staff and the hotel owner for their excellent hospitality.
