Tenuta D'Amore ligger i udkanten af Monti Picentini Regionalpark, 10 km fra Salerno centrum. Huset er udelukkende bygget af træ og sten og har en fredelig beliggenhed. Der foreslås stor have med swimmingvandområde. Tenuta D'Amore har panoramascenery over de omkringliggende grønne bakker. Samtlige ferieboliger har egen terrasse med bord og stole. Samtlige boligenheder har aircondition, LCD-tv og eget badeværelse. Lejlighederne har desuden tekøkken. Der serveres italiensk friskbrygget kaffe og te med kaffe og croissanter hver dag, som kan spises i haven om sommenydelig. Spisestueen er åben i weekenden fra oktober til maj, og den har specialiseret sig i middelhavsretter. Resten af året er den åben hver dag. Der er gratis parkeringsfaciliteter, og San Mango Piemonte-afkørslen fra motorvej A3 ligger 2 km derfra. Salernos færgehavn med transport til Sicilien og Sardinien ligger 15 minutter fra ejendommen i bil.

"This was our second time staying here, and it was just as amazing as the first. The hotel feels so luxurious yet is very affordable. Everything is spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The pool and mountain sunsets are stunning, and the atmosphere is peaceful but still close to the city and highway, perfect for families or travelers on the go. The staff are always warm and welcoming, the food is delicious and reasonably priced, and having the restaurant on-site makes everything so easy. We loved our room, everything felt new and well cared for. Plenty of parking, quiet surroundings, and great value overall. We’ll definitely be back again!"
