"I’m so much happy I booked this place on my way from France to Italy. It surpassed my expectations. It’s like you spend a night in a flat of your beloved Italian friends. The interior is full of history and unique pieces, in the morning you have a breakfast on a beautiful terrace. Also the town itself is incredible. Breakfast is tasty, bed clothes is super clean, bathroom is great. The guys who welcome you and make breakfast are very friendly. Please keep in mind that you will be charged for late check in."

"La Terrazza is perfectly located in the oldest part of the town, and the room was clean and comfortable, with clean towels, soap and even a hair dryer. There is a 'fridge to keep your drinks cold. Thank goodness for the air conditioning too! Breakfast on the terrace is a real treat and a great place to relax with a good book afterwards. The steep stairs to the accommodation restrict this to the able-bodied only, but this applies to much of this location's streets and passageways, some of which are around 800 years old."

"After 4 nights on a campsite in Tuscany, this is the Italy we wanted to experience. The bed and breakfast is stunning inside, and very comfortable. Ample parking is further up the hill. Breakfast was an absolute delight. The best coffee I have tasted in Italy, with fresh fruit, croissants, prosciutto, cheese, yoghurt, and fresh blood orange juice set on a rooftop terrace what is not to like?"

"The rooms are very charming and full of character. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning and the breakfast was lovely. The staff were so kind and helpful and made us feel very welcome."

"The climb up the hill and stairs to the location was intense (tip for anyone planning to go: there is a lift in the tunnel that goes up to the top of the hill). There were also a lot of wasps on the balcony, though of course none of this is the fault of the host."

"Being in the centre of the historic quarter was interesting, different impressions at different times during the stay. Top notch breakfast and service to start the day. The best beach is close by and a good choice of places to eat/ drink."

"Vakkert restaurert i en veldig gammel bygård. En overraskelse når vi kom inn :)En stor kobtrast til utsiden. Frokostsalen er et nydelig rom med antikviteter. Flott og innholdsrik frokost. Betjeningen er veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. En frodig Takterrassen med utsikt og mange planter."

"charme fou dans le vieux Vintimille, appartement arrangé avec beaucoup de gôut, terrasse remplie de plantes où le petit déjeuner est servi. Un retour dans le passé très agréable !"

"De B&B is werkelijk prachtig ingericht. En is blijkbaar onderdeel van een aantal B&B's in de oude stad. Doordat we wat langer moesten verblijven kwamen we uiteindelijk terecht in Vico di Olivi. Deze ligt aan de buitenkant van Ventimiglia Alta met uitzicht over het nieuwe Ventimiglia."

"In Vico di Olivi heb je - als je je ramen opengooien continu het geluid van de nieuwe stad. Dat vind je leuk of niet. In de oorspronkelijk geboekte B&B geldt dat voor het geluid van de oude stad (kinderen die spelen op straat, moeders die zitten te praten onder je raam, etc.) Ook daar flat hetzelfde, dat vind je leuk of niet. Wij vonden dat eerste heel leuk!"
