"Comfortable beds, jacuzzi in the room,very friendly staff, breakfast delicious from the cafe opposite the hotel!!!!. Great location! Shops around. So couldn't be better. Highly recommended!"

"The presentation of the room when we got here was exciting. The room is was good for sleeping and some fun. Location was fine for us as we took metro to city centre."

"Room was very small. It presents itself as a luxury experience which it is not, the building is kinda old and its very noticeable. Rooms are not sound proof as we heard plenty of activites from other rooms. Bathroom was very small."

"To find the building was a nightmare. We were eventually let into the building by a residents.. No one on reception knew who we were. We were given 5 different keys for each door and they were slammed by people every time they were shut. There was a shared kitchen which we weren't told about. The jacuzzi leaked from the bottom which flooded the room...which was the main reason we booked this room. On the whole it was absolutely awful and would never stay again."

"- very close to transport, really easy to get too and from places. -bit pricey considering it was smaller than what we thought and stayed at the domus 2 in Naples for less and got more however with it being Rome I imagine this is a reasonable price for a room with a TV and jacuzzi. - breakfast was a croissant and coffee (croissant was amazing!!)"

"The breakfast comes from the little coffee shop across the street, owner and staff were extremely nice and coffee was great. You can get a croissant and coffee tea in the room or go to the coffee shop. Room was clean."

"i wont say it was bad BUT hot water only last for one person, I had to pay cash $7 a day for taxes and $20 for the loby for getting to the building too late, my flight was delayed and couldn't find a taxi, he was very nice. It takes for doors with keys to get to the room, nobody is there if you need something lagte at night, like we couldn't turn on the jacuzzi because the switch on the wall was broken. You can hear the conversations of the room right in front. When you see the rooms, you will understand why the name of the hotel. Literally. Not good enough for the price."

"It was hard to find as it is located in a big building of family apartments (there is not a proper sign). Need a better description of the check-in process as it was not smooth. Not very good communication with the staff. The check-in is not at 11 am as announced on Booking, they gave me the room at 2 pm :("

"The hotel is very nice, I had the one with the hot tub and it was very relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Good location, close to the subway. Great service at the reception, especially Mr. Hindu. In addition, breakfast served from a nearby cafe straight to the room was a big plus"

"Camera bellissima, staff gentilissimo, abbiamo trascorso una notte nella old suite a festeggiare il nostro sesto anniversario, e dato che non potevamo fare la colazione al check out perché dovevamo uscire prima ci hanno gentilmente offerto un aperitivo in stanza , ci torneremo sicuramente e super consigliato, grazie ancora ❤️"

"la stanza che abbiamo prenotato era molto diversa dalla foto, l’acqua calda della piscina usciva a filo quindi per riempirla ci è voluta un ora e mezza, le luci non funzionavano e sono rimaste accese perché l’interfaccia a muro (che faceva da telecomando) non funzionava e la stanza non era insonorizzata come da descrizione."
