"Friendly, clean and comfortable. Our dogs were welcomed and we had a room on the ground floor leading onto the garden which was perfect. The shower was hot and good pressure."

"Simple hotel with a nice garden. On-site parking. Easy to find and within a walking distance to the old part of the town. Comfortable bed. Nice and clean room (a little outdated, but ok). Complimentary breakfast. Pet-friendly."

"The room was cold when we arrived and it took time to warm it up. No one was there when we arrived and it took some time and a few phone calls before we were able to get into the room."

"A Beautiful place to stay at a great price. Minimal equipment in the rooms, but comfortable and clean and quiet. The grounds a lovely. And my dog was treated like a queen. Excellent value for money. A real gem."

"Quiet location, 10 mins from the station but the only way across the tracks is under the bridge south of the station. Comfortable room with stylish decor. Tasty breakfast, friendly staff."

"No real reception. I turned up to a locked gate but could see the hotel door open beyond it. Despite buzzing & buzzing there was no answer (because there was nobody in). Eventually after calling the owner, the gate was opened remotely, all good from then on but a rather weird set up."

"I loved staying at this hotel. I was very well received, the person in charge was very attentive and kind to me. beautiful and very clean place...wonderful breakfast.Incredible. I recommend it with my eyes closed. Magnifique!"

"La sorpresa è che nella prenotazione non era menzionata la colazione, invece era compresa ed avevano anche il latte senza lattosio, io sono intollerante al lattosio, in oltre il parcheggio è chiuso dal cancello, sicurezza per la macchina."

"A very friendly family runs this hotel perfectly. The two sisters make a wonderful team together with their father! They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and gave us accurate information about the places we wanted to visit in Basilicata suis as Matera. The rooms were excellent and clean, with a comfortable bed and bathroom, very well isolated. Breakfast was small but handmade and truly delicious, served by this two amazing sisters-you immediately feel the warm family atmosphere. We had a wonderful stay with them. Parking was avaliable just around the corner, free of charge. We would definitely recommended this place to our friends and family if they ever visit Matera and the charming old towns of Basilicata."

"Det er super hyggeligt og behageligt familieejet hotel. Værterne er utrolig imødekommende og venlige. Maden er super fin - både morgenmad og aftensmad. Aftensmaden er skøn traditionel mad og der er taget hensyn til børn. Det ligger perfekt til både Lidoen, strand og Cariben Bay. Der var skoder for vinduerne så man kunne sove længe og et aircondition anlæg der kører selv når man ikke er der, så værelset er køligt (uden at være koldt) når man kom tilbage til værelset."

"The stay at the hotel left a pleasant impression! The breakfast is delicious, nothing superfluous, everything was enough. Every morning you are offered a menu for the evening for an additional fee, 35 euros per person, which includes a choice of salad, soup, local dishes and dessert. The food was delicious and at the same time simple. It is very convenient that you do not need to look for where to have dinner after an active day. We had a very good rest in the spa area with a wonderful view. The sauna is open from 13.00 to 19.00. There is a bathrobe and slippers in the room, you can take towels directly from the sauna itself. Special thanks to the wonderful employee named Estera, who made our vacation even better!"

Yes everyone keeps writing here that the this place is old and dated. sure, However it was super clean. I felt that was part of the charm. I really enjoyed my stay. They even have a pool and a gym. Wifi speed was good. plenty of space in the room."
