"I liked how friendly and welcoming the staff was. I have a lot of food intolerances and they were respectful of that and tried to accomodate my needs as much as possible. Also the location was great, close to the city center and on a quiet street. I liek how the common areas look and feel like someone's home."

"While the service to the lifts with private vehicle was great and efficient it stopped late morning and didnt restart until 3pm, so if you wanted to come off the mountain earlier for any reason, choices to return to the hotel were limited to a lengthy walk with all your kit."
