"Great location with convenient access to both bus and tram stops nearby. Heating works well, and the room is not cold. There is coffee and tea available, and the internet connection works very well. The reception staff is friendly and helpful."

"However, the photos seem quite outdated and do not fully match the current condition of the property. The window could not be closed properly, which was inconvenient. On weekends it gets very noisy, and it is difficult to sleep due to loud neighbors. Cleaning could be significantly improved — the room was dusty and there were spiders in several areas. Although the booking was for two people, only one set of towels was provided. We requested an additional set through translation, but it was never delivered. There is no elevator, so we had to carry our luggage upstairs ourselves, which was inconvenient."
