"Hotellet har egen restaurant, hvor det er muligt at spise en begrænset antal simple italienske retter. Det var helt i vores ånd. Yderst fair priser på restauranten. Værterne er enormt søde og imødekommende, og service er helt i top. Værelserne blev ordnet hver dag. Det er et utroligt roligt hotel, hvor bygningens ene terrasse benyttes til restaurant, og hvor der er udsigt udover søen. Vi bookede spontant ud fra at have læst stort set intet info, men blev positivt overrasket over oplevelsen."

"Location is very central for tignale and the main centre of Gardola. Just on a little side street so never bothered by crowds, completely brilliant location. Warmly hosted by Fabrizio who was super helpful with everything we asked for , as the weather during our visit was very warm. Restaurant here is exceptional. Do not hesitate to dine in. Quality superb, and prices very reasonable."

"This is a historic building, built some 900 years ago and converted into the hotel some 60 years ago. In face it was their anniversary year . Beds are comfortable and staff really lovely. Fabrizio went beyond to help us as my husband was ill the day after we arrived and couldn’t do enough to help. There is a restaurant as part of the hotel with a terrace on the first floor just beside our bedroom door. Food smells were lovely and this didn’t disturb us at all. We had a view of the lake from our room and it was really beautiful ."
"The room conversion made the show facility very small with not much room to move. It did the job but was a bit of a manoeuvre."

"It was quite noisy in the morning, in general the building has thin walls and you can hear a lot of noises from other guests. Slamming doors at 7am wasn't very nice."
"Everything is great about this location. The rooms interior is covered with wood and the lakeview is fantastic. The staff is super friendly. The front of the house manager is a motorcycle rider, he gave me many tour suggestions - was great."

"Wir waren mit unserem kleinen Hund im Hotel untergebracht.Uns hat es super gefallen.Alle waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.Man hat sich zu Hause gefühlt. Der kleine Ort hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen.Mann war , wie in einer anderen Welt."

"Die Gastfreundschaft und gute Stimmung war außergewöhnlich. Selten so nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber und Personal erlebt. Zimmer waren sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Der kleine Balkon lud zum Genießen der Ruhe und Landschaft ein. Das Frühstück hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt, jeden Tag frisches Obst und Kuchen. Immer wieder gerne. 😊"
"Leider kein Kühlschrank vorhanden. Wir konnten jedoch unsere Kühlakkus jederzeit an der Rezeption abgeben und sie wurden dort ins Eisfach gelegt."

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."

"Siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e professionalità alla reception. Il Signor Piero è molto simpatico e professionale, ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste. Si mangia benissimo grazie allo cheff. La cena è stata squisita e al mattino abbiamo trovato un'ottima e abbondante colazione. C'è anche la possibilità di avere la colazione salata. I dolci sono preparati dallo cheff e abbiamo anche assaggiato il suo panettone artigianale. La stanza era calda ed accogliente. Infine abbiamo potuto soggiornare tranquillamente con la nostra cagnolina."
