"The room was large and comfortable. The shower had great pressure and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, close to the train station and a quick walk to most of Florence's attractions."

"The hotel is located right next to the Florence train station, just a 3-minute walk away. Very convenient if you arrive by train. The host, Guilia, is very kind. She explained where to eat, what to see, and allowed us to leave our luggage since the rooms were not ready yet. The rooms are quite good and worth the price. The only thing is that you should bring slippers with you. After taking a shower, it can be dangerous to walk barefoot on the marble floor"

"Great location minutes from the airport shuttle/main train station. Undergoing refurbishment so no breakfast facilities when we stayed but the rooms were clean and the reception staff were extremely helpful."

"Great great location. Probably the best thing about the property. Right next to the train station and buses. Many many restaurants near by but it’s only 10 min walk to the main square and all attractions. It’s actually surrounded by many fantastic restaurants and a wine window close by 😏 easy to find and good communication. I was able to leave my bags in reception after checkout. Room was very warm, bed comfortable and all amenities as listed . I would recommend and definitely will be back"

"The staff were lovely and helpful with any tips or information on the city that we needed. The room was basic but clean just what we needed. There were fresh towels everyday and the beds very comfortable. Plenty of extras, soap, shampoo, coffee etc. The location was great, just across from the station and the little cafe on the corner was brilliant, lovely products at very reasonable prices."

"Although the location was great, at night after around 9pm it didn't really feel too safe. There is a bus stop right outside which maybe added to this with people hanging around. There are no lifts in the property which didn't bother us as we didn't need them, but it may not be suitable for others."
