"From the moment we walked in, the receptionists treated us like old friends. Not in that rehearsed hospitality way—actually warm. The room itself? Gorgeous. That perfect blend of modern and cozy where you actually want to hang out, not just sleep. But honestly, it’s the people that made this place special. The breakfast team noticed my daughter loved omelette and made sure there was waiting for her the next morning. Little things. But they add up to something that feels rare these days."

The staff made our trip one that we won’t forget and completely spoilt us with birthday treats for my husband and knowledge of the city and recommendations! "We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the bed was very comfortable — we slept really well. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and quiet, perfect for a short getaway. "To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."

"The decor was out of this world! Absolutely stunning place to stay, very luxurious at a great price. The particular suite we stayed had a fantastic jacuzzi bathtub which was a highlight. Also the reviews don't lie, the breakfast is quite the feast!"
