"Vik Hostel var et fint overnatnings sted og base for vores rejse med to overnatninger- her var der mulighed for at lave mad i køkkenet, få et bad og sove en god nat søvn - Værterne var så venlige at gøre opmærksom på at der var en hval langt inde som kunne ses fra stranden - hvilket gjorde vores ophold ekstra oplevelsesrig ♥️ tak for at dele sådanne ting med jeres gæster."

"It was very friendly, the owners and also the other guests, but the dogs and chickens were the best !!!"

"Staying here was so fun, the other people staying here were great and it was very clean and cozy. The dogs were incredibly cute, cuddly and playful and the ducks and chickens were very cute as well. The location is good, maybe a 10 minute walk from the closest store and the "center" of Vik, you also had some lovely small businesses nearby like a crepe stand with delicious sweet and salty crepes. The kitchen was excellent and very organized and tidy."

"On a side note the roosters could be quite loud in the morning, personally I didn't notice or mind it very much. Also there was also only one shower per floor but I never had to wait to go shower and didn't hear that anyone else would've had to do that either."

"At 7am, we were disturbed by a rooster right next to our window. My younger child thought it was fun. To help keep the common areas tidy, provide a small spray bottle with sanitiser and microfibre cloths in the sanitary zones and kitchen. This allows guests to wipe things down after themselves. To maintain order in the kitchen, it is important to remind guests not only to wash up after themselves, but also to dry and put back items to their correct places. This would prevent a build-up mess on the crockery drying rack."

"Doggies gave us a very warm welcome. And we had attic style of room which was so cozy and warm. Hosts were kind and prompt with help."

"Guests opposite our room took the hair dryer for drying their shoes and never returned until the next day. Noticed another wall mounted hair dryer downstairs, so it was fine. Nothing bad about the property."

"Shower could need a touch up. And strikter rules at night, had some other person shower at 10:30 pm and my room was right next to it. You could hear a lot through the walls"

"No oven in kitchen, big kettle didn't seem to work, room was a bit noisy and twin beds under eaves in an attix wasn't the best space, didn't feel a particularly friendly hostel.. Vik is very busy but it wasn't a cheap booking.."
