"Very specious, clean, beautiful interior and lovely garden. One of the best stays ever! I will def come back for longer than one night! The property is surrounded by the mountains. A few minutes drive to waterfalls ( many of them in the area) perfect place for hiking! Strongly recommended it"

"The cottage was well equipped and maintained in a rustic style, set in a grove of trees, something that was very rare on our trip. The photos on the page don't do the trees justice that are now much taller and form a lovely canopy. The location was extremely good, with the cottage a stone's throw away from the spectacular waterfalls Seljalandsfoss and Gjufubrui. The owner also pointed us to the Nauthusagil waterfall located in a ravine close by and accessible through a short but challenging hike involving climbing up a short wall using chains. The ferry to Vestmannaeyjar is a twenty minute drive away and you can reach Diamond Beach we with a day trip (which we did). Also check out the wreckage of a plane set in a field nearby. The cottage itself is a little too small, the bed in one bedroom blocked the door from closing and there was no closet space, so we lived out of our suitcases. Overall a great experience."

"As a warning/something we would have liked to have known beforehand: getting to Hotel Dimon involves driving a few kilometers down a gravel road and we were unsure whether this would damage our rental car. In the end everything went well."

"Location in the wild. Lots of greenery. Very Close to seljalandsfoss and hidden gem nauthusagil. Very comfortable beds , well equipped kitchen, microwave and refrigerator. Host was very kind, helpful, and friendly. Responded within minutes to messages on booking.com. late check in permitted. Will definitely go back for a longer stay. Host stays 100m giving you full privacy but also urgent help whenever required."

"It was said by message that there was breakfast included, but when we arrived, the lady said that we not be able to get breakfast. We had to look for an open market to get some food. Pictures of the apartment was mixed with pictures of hotel."
