Disse hytter ligger i landsbyen Blonduos lige ved Islands ringvej og byder på udsyn til floden Blanda. Samtlige hytter har egne køkkenfaciliteter, sofa samt møbleret terrasse. De fleste af hytterne på på Gladheimar har eget badeværelse, terrasse med geotermisk afslapningsområdebad samt grilludstyr. Nogle af hytterne har desuden egen sauna. Populære aktiviteter i området omfatter fiskeri samt dagsture i det nordvestlige Island. Der garanteres gratis parkeringsfaciliteter på Gladheimar Cottages. Man finder en offentlig swimmingopvarmet pool 500 m derfra, og der er 2,5 km fra hytterne til Blonduos' golfklub.
