"Spent two nights at Fagrafell while exploring the Myvatn area. Gorgeous setting. Run by a lovely couple who reside there. Clean, spacious, very well kept and ease of parking."

"The owners were very welcoming and friendly. They're basically sharing their home with travelers. We had a private bathroom, full access to the kitchen, and option for hikes. Great location for Husavik and the Diamond Circle. Godafoss is 10 minutes away. The house itself was built in the traditional farmhouse style, so overall a great experience."

"Perfect stay!!! The house is absolutely wonderful from the outside and inside. The kitchen is spacious and has everything you need, the dining room is big. The room is nice, beds are comfortable. It is very, very clean. Most importantly, the owners are lovely, welcoming people, who made us instantly feel at home. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us, we had a wonderful time. Thank you for everything!"

"Sehr schöne Unterkunft, definitiv einer meiner liebsten während unserer Reise. Sehr saubere und ordentliche Zimmer und Gemeinschaftsbereiche. Die Küche ist super gut ausgestattet gewesen. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich freundlich und herzlich. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt."

"Das war unsere beste Unterkunft auf unserer Tour durch Island. Sabine und ihr Mann haben uns herzlich empfangen. Viele Tipps gegeben. Wir haben uns sehr gut mit ihnen unterhalten, es fühlte sich an wie zuhause zu sein🫶 der Ausblick ist super, weit und breit kein Nachbar. Beim Abschied nach 3 Nächten kamen mir sogar Tränen. Es war, als ob ich mich von meiner Mama verabschiede❤️ Danke für alles!"

"The property was amazing, such a lovely modern, well-equipped villa, literally in the middle of nowhere, yet just a ~30 min drive from the closest town! It's rare to say this on Booking, but in reality it is better than what you see on the photos. 10 of us stayed there for 2 nights. Super easy to communicate with the hosts and to get in - there is a lockbox at the door. The villa was squeaky clean, the rooms and beds super comfortable and the kitchen is impeccably equipped with everything you don't even know you might need. The highlight, of course, is the outdoor hot tub, which can comfortably fit 12 people. Watching the northern lights from there was quite literally a life-changing experience. The hosts were super nice and easy to communicate with, also shared with us a a super helpful information pack about the area and what we can do while we are there. 11/10 would recommend!"

"Hotellejligheden var passeret øde, fredfyldt og med relativ kort afstand til indkøb og seværdigheder. Der var minimal lyd fra naboer (hørte dem kun når de gik i gangen), der var alt man kunne ønske i mini køkkenet og på badeværelset. Vandet var dejligt varmt og uden svovl lugt. Der var udsigt til bjerge, god bordplade, stole og bløde senge. Selv om vejret var koldt var det dejligt lunt indenfor. Rengøringen var i top og det var nemt at få og aflevere nøglen. Jeg vil anbefale hotellet til alle der kommer på de kanter og er godt tilfreds med både privatlivet, sikkerheden, udsigten, parkeringsforhold og meget mere."
