"It was challenging to reach the accommodation through the booking.com chat over the weekend when we needed to adjust our booking or request additional information. When we called, we were informed that the relevant team was unavailable on weekends. Getting to Vík was also quite difficult without your own transport, and while we had to get creative with our logistics, unfortunately, we received no response from the team regarding recommendations via chat box. That said, the ground staff were very friendly and willing to assist wherever possible."
