Kroer på Sri Lanka

"Well, totally different experience from Riga! This place is AWESOME as the staff. The lady who hosted us did a great and PERFECT job. We place is very well located, alogside the road, close to supermarkets and the castle ruins. The city centre can be acessed by a footpath uphill from the hotel on a pleasant walk. Bedrooms alright, very clean and organized with no problems at all. We liked so much, that we spent more time that we intended on the next city in a Wine Festival in Sabile that we decided to go back and stay one more night and with only 10 Euros more, they gave us an apartment with living room and kitchen. I wuosl easily go back and refer here. One of the best places on the trip! The city is not big and have not that much to visit but satying here, made everything much better and pleasant! And parking is right besides the hotel as well with plenty space and easy to use and access!"

Vi kunne godt have forventet lidt mere hjælp fra kontoret vedr. spørgsmål om busser og priser, da vi skulle finde bussen til Las Cuevas som vores næste ophold. Her var der ingen hjælp at hente, så vi måtte selv søge oplysningerne andetsteds.

"Location, courtyard, the food was very good, the room had a lot of heating (allmost too much). I don't know why some people complained about the food, it was very good, especially their sausages."

The rooms could use a little bit of repairs. The window cover kept falling off and the shower door kept getting out of the tracks.

"This was the nicest and cleanest room I have stayed in Sri Lanka. It is really good for solo travellers, but could be too small for 2 people."

"Really nice and comfortable host Ibrahim, who was ready to help and guide with everything. Big rooms, with good space. Even if it’s on the 6th floor, there was an elevator!"

A bit difficult to find at first.

"Great location. Room has a nice view of the city. Easy self check-in process which they explain via videos they send on whatsapp. Communication with the staff via whatsapp was also easy and fast."

Rugged floors looked not too clean, there were a few hairs on the bed (which I don't care too much but could be an issue for some others)

"Our booking was made very late and despite this we were so warmly welcomed. There was beautiful Cape Verdean music being played when we arrived by two incredible musicians which was lovely. And the breakfast in the morning was delicious. The fresh mango juice was particularly mouthwatering!"

"The service and food were fine. Room was spacious and clean. Beautiful and peaceful location. The kitchen catered for our specific preferences as my husband and son do not eat meat and chicken and my daughter doesn't eat octopus."

No shampoo available and i wasnt aware of same before booking else would have brought mine. Towels stayed wet and had to use same both for shower and pool. Amenities should be provided to allow for wet clothes and towels to dry, like a drying line in the bathroom.

Zapáchající, zatuchlé ručníky. Klasika, když se složí ještě vlhké, chtěla bych jen upozornit, aby se nestávalo ☺️

"We celebrated a birthday here and the owner and staff were absolutely lovely, joining in making the evening a memorable one. Rooms were comfortable, clean and the showers were great. Food was delicious. It is a peaceful place which felt like a little gem off the beaten track."

Podría poner como mejora que hubiera para colgar las toallas.

"Meget meget smuk have, fantastisk mad og sødt personale! Dejlig dejlig morgenmad og mulighed for at få frisk fisk til aften. Smuk udsigt med palmer og tropiske planter fra hytterne. Fik den bedste piña colada jeg har smagt."

Stedet er dejligt, men bruserne kunne trænge til lidt kærlighed og det ville være endnu bedre med mulighed for ag koge vand på værelset -men virkelig småting! Hotellet er meget meget skønt og jeg vil anbefale det til alle rejsende i dominica!

Se oikeastaan saatiin mitä tilattiin. Ainoa mutka matkassa oli lukittu ulko-ovi mutta tekstiviestillä saatiin ohjeet nopeasti.

There was nothing I didnt like, everyone was so helpful.
