"Comfortable and very clean room equipped with everything we needed. A good breakfast buffet with lots of options. Centrally located, good for exploring the city. Great facilities including rooftop pool and gym. Attentive and helpful staff. The 24hour check in was so appreciated when we arrived from the airport at 4am."

"This huge complex is like an oasis in the big, bustling city of Trivandrum. We stayed there for 5 nights and enjoyed the good service, our spacious, clean room, the big and varied (mostly) Indian style breakfasts and on one occasion the lovely pool on the 8th floor. Also an open air restaurant on the 7th floor was a great bonus."

"I had a very enjoyable stay at the Residency Tower Hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was spacious and comfortable. I very much enjoyed the rooftop pool area. The breakfast was superb with many options and dinner in the restaurant was excellent. The location is great with many options for eating and shopping very near by. And it was a leisurely 20-25min walk via leafy tree lined streets to the museum campus and zoo area."
"May only critique would be the pool area could use with a few more lounge chairs and it would be nice if it stayed open a bit later, to enjoy in the evening with the lights on… but this did not distract from my overall stay."
