"The staff have been amazing right from the beginning. I checked in on the 16th Feb for 2 weeks. Throughout the 2 weeks planned stay the staff were friendly, approachable and always wanted to help. As my departure date came close I was caught up in the airspace being closed and am here indefinitely. This is where the staff have truly shown who they are and what they are about. Every single member of staff has gone above and beyond anything I ever expected. Their kindness each day is too long to list here. They are doing everything they can to make a hard situation manageable including offering to bring items from home for me to use. The owner and duty manager have pulled all the stops out to help try and get me a flight back. I am always met with a smile and nothing is ever too much trouble. I cannot thank them enough for the kindness they have shown a complete stranger."

I would especially like to commend the manager, Hani Ashayer. His professionalism, warmth, and hands-on approach truly set this hotel apart. He is attentive, approachable, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests have an outstanding experience. His leadership is clearly reflected in the excellence of the entire team.
