"It was a very nice apartment, we needed one with 2 bedrooms, although one of the rooms had 2 separate twin beds, which was a small disappointment, but then we managed to move them together, so it was OK. The apartment design is nice, reminds a village house, there is parking available which is a great perk, especially in this location. The apartment is both suitable for short and longer stays. The water boiler got broken after the rain and storm, but the owner took care of it very fast."

"הדירה מאובזרת בכל מה שצריך עד הפרטים הקטנים, הדירה נמצאת בלב השוק ואדי ניסנס עם מלא אוכל טעים !!! בעל דירה נחמד ועונה לכל שאלה הדירה נקייה, מרווחת ויש הכל כולל ציוד במטבח (סירים, צלחות, סכום , מכונת קפה עם קפסולות !!!) הייתה חסרה מראת גוף (אמרתי לבעל דירה והוא אמר שיטופל ) אבל היו 2 מראות במקלחת)"

"מארחים חמודים, מיקום נהדר. יש חניה פרטית ומעלית, המון מקום להכל והמקלחת שווה. המקום נקי ומצוחצח, שקט ומרווח, כריות שינה נוחות מאוד (שאלנו מאיפה קונים!), סלון שאפשר להתפרש בו לרביצה, חדרים נפרדים שמאפשרים גם פרטיות, מטבח מצויד בכל מה שצריך, כולל קפסולות מכל הסוגים ותיונים שווים, וחיכו לנו שוקולדים כשהגענו - עניין מאוד נחוץ ומשמח אחרי ארבע שעות נהיגה רצופות. יש מכונת כביסה ומייבש למי שצריך, סופר ממש מתחת לבית, ואת כל הירקות הבלדי שיש לוואדי ניסנס להציע. אפשר לקנות מאפים ואוכל מוכן, יש קצבייה שווה מאוד שמציעה גם פלטת בשרים וסנדוויצ'ים חבל על הזמן במרחק דקה וחצי הליכה (אבו שקרה ברחוב ח'ורי) - ואפשר גם להכין ארוחות שלמות בקלות בבית ולשבת לאכול ליד השולחן בר במטבח או במרפסת (שלא ניצלנו כי היה חום אימים בחוץ). היינו שתיים, אמא ובת, אבל זה מתאים כמובן לזוג וממש ממש תפור למשפחה."
"נקודות ממש קטנות זניחות - המיטות בממ"ד קצת קשיחות מדי (לילדים זה לא יזיז). הגענו באמצע שרב לא צפוי, אז המזגן בחדרים לפעמים לא הספיק והוספנו מאוורר באחד מהם (כשהנמכנו מזגן, בסלון נהיה קפוא). אופציה של שמיכת פיקה או סדין היתה פותרת את העניין. היתה איזו בעיית עדכון בטלוויזיה אז לא הצלחנו להכניס את מנוי נטפליקס. אבל כל אלה ממש קטנות שאפשר לתקן בשניות - מקום מקסים."

"היה מעולה, החל מרגע הכניסה לבית עם הפינוקים לילדים וכל הדירה עצמה, הסידור, הנוחות וכמובן העיצוב הייחודי. הכל היה נח בצורה בלתי רגילה."

"מיקום מעולה, 5 דקות הליכה למושבה הגרמנית. יש סופר קטן ממש מתחת ולא מעט אפשרויות למסעדות בסביבה. דירה ממש חמודה, נוחה ומאובזרת."

"The appartment was exceptional!! It was extremely clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated. Fully equipped kitchen and appartment, we only brought clothes and bathroom apparel, there was nothing else we needed. The location couldn't have been better, just outside the building is the market of wadi nissnas, a lot of restaurants around with great localities. It's a short walk to all the interesting places such as the German quarter and the Bahai gardens. The place has private parking which was extremely helpful for us as we moved by car and it's almost impossible to find parking there. The hosts were amazing and very helpful with evrrything we needed and more. Overall it was like a home away from home, next time we come to Haifa we already know we will choose this place. Thank you so much Carmit's Place for such a special magical stay."

"Great place. Spacious clean room with all needed facilities"
"Super central location, clean and newly furnished apartment, excellent porch with a view of the Red Sea, lovely shower, and the kitchen were essential but sufficient for a short stay and making breakfast. It is a very close convenience store with excellent access to the Eilat seaside boardwalk and beach, and the apartment is across from the shopping center. Many restaurants are around."

"like the place very much it was thoughtful and well well built all the facilities worked the bed was very comfortable the lightning was very thoughtful it was very pleasant to be there understood the place the owner contacted me before I came there and send me a video so it was very easy to find it it is really in a good and good location there was plenty of parking space nearby so I'm very much enjoyed it and I will go back there for sure"
