"I loved the bedroom - rooms named after Irish presidents. It was spacious and luxurious. We had booked the lodge but were upgraded to the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had lunch and dinner ( in the bar) at the hotel. Both meals were lovely and not too pricey. The grounds are beautiful to stroll around."

"Oh! This is a real gem, stunning castle with proper old world feel, so beautiful and we loved the beauty of it all. The staff are the best we have met in a long time, the friendly reception girls, Gavin the great barman and smiling Sophie and the elegant Esther at breakfast, she has the lovely friendly ways that Ireland is notated for. Brilliant lady. The five course evening meals are superb in taste and presentation, we absolutely loved our stay, food excellent and amazing staff, this is one of the best places we have ever stayed in. 10 out of 10 in all areas. Well Ballyseedy castle."
